Paula Rindborg is a visual artist from Rio de Janeiro, based in Stockholm. With over 27 years of experience, she works with painting and diverse techniques, combining her background in art and design. She has always been engaged in multiple artistic expressions and has studied art, literature, and design across different cultural contexts in Brazil, Sweden, Ecuador, and France.
Paula deepened her education in literature, languages, art theory and design at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Stockholm University and the University of Borås, and also took visual arts courses at Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage, among other institutions. She has exhibited extensively in various countries and has served as a jury member for curated exhibitions in Sweden, including at Romele Konsthall and Solna Konsthall. She is a member of KRO (Swedish Artists’ National Organization), SINAP-ESP (Brazilian Artists’ Union), Bildupphovsrätt in Sweden, and KHVC (Crafts Council).
